Learning Support Officer - Parramatta

About the role:

Reporting to the Learning Support Coordinator, you will provide course administration, documentation, tracking, reporting and delivery of training courses and learning programs.

Duties and responsibilities include:

• Track, monitor and report on the training and assessments completed by employees.
• Provide excellent customer service in a way that contributes to positive and successful interactions with the Learning team
• Collaborate with others in the development and execution of a highly functioning employee learning portal
• Asssits with the administration and oversight of student placements within Uniting, across NSW/ACT.

Skills and experience:

• High level administration skills providing support
• Extremely organised and capable of working with high volume workloads
• Previously coordinated and implemented organisation wide programs
• Experience in a similar RTO environment an advantage
