Lifeview is seeking a part-time Lifestyle Assistant to join our team of committed, proactive healthcare professionals. We are looking for a creative person who wants more than a job - we want passion, we want integrity, we want focus and we want you to have fun!

To be considered for this role, you must be a creative person who enjoys making life more worthwhile for all whom you encounter.  The position will work across our four homes as required.

The successful applicant will possess:

• Demonstrated experience in planning, delivering and evaluating recreational and rehabilitative programs for the aged
• Demonstrated high level of analytical, written and verbal communication skill
• Ability to write clear and precise English appropriate to residents needs
• Mature outlook with the ability to relate and converse with older people
• Ability and commitment to working as part of the team
• Demonstrated initiative and ability to work without supervision
• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality
• Ability to work within the culture of Lifeview
• Be passionate about aged care
• Buckets of creativity and energy
• A team player who enjoys having FUN at work
• Other specialised qualifications in areas of dementia, music, art or others related to the work of diversional therapy will be highly regarded
• Level 2 First Aid Qualification would be beneficial
• Hold a current drivers license
• Be COVID-19 vaccinated
