We have a Part time position available. You will be responsible for providing active support with activities of daily living and developing, implementing, and monitoring Individual Plans including personal care.
The house profile: This house is situated in Bentleigh and is in close proximity to most general shops, amenities, and public transport. client support to a mixed resident base (2 male 2 female ages 19- mid 40s). The resident group like one another and enjoy one anothers company. The client support needs vary in terms of level of independence and support required, with some lower level personal care support with showers, medication administration, and the less complex behaviours of concern are well managed. Residents like the café and shopping vibe in Bentleigh, enjoy reading magazines and games and have good family contact and support networks.

The available roster lines are:
Fortnightly splits: 33:30/48:30. This roster is a mix of Morning & afternoon shifts, some split shifts, including 5 Sleep over shifts per monthly roster.
