As our Organisation Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in implementing initiatives such as promoting psychological safety and maintaining a culture of continuous listening, aligning seamlessly with The Stars Culture Strategy and Measurement Framework.
Collaborating with diverse stakeholders, youll be at the forefront of driving transformative change and cultivating a culture that champions The Stars vision and strategic goals.
