You will be responsible for providing support with activities of daily living and developing, implementing, and monitoring Individual Plans including personal care. In this role you will work to facilitate the delivery of quality services and achieve positive outcomes with and for the clients within the house. This role involves working with clients with some mild behaviours of concern & medical needs. This role is situated in Doncaster.
This role is currently a 6-month opportunity - It is likely it could become permanent ongoing.
Roster Hours:
Part time line Roster splits 57:30/70:00. This roster is a mix of short morning shifts, afternoon shifts, (some days have split shifts) some full day shifts. This roster also includes 5 Sleep over shifts per month.
