We are currently looking to recruit an Advanced Disability Support Worker to provide 2IC support to the House Supervisor, providing mentoring and guidance to staff and direct client support to a mixed resident base (2 male 2 female ages 19- mid 40s). The resident group like one another and enjoy one anothers company. The client support needs vary in terms of level of independence and support required, with some lower level personal care support with showers, medication administration, and the less complex behaviours of concern are well managed. Residents like the café and shopping vibe in Bentleigh, enjoy reading magazines and games and have good family contact and support networks.
This is a part-time ongoing position and the roster line 65/66 hrs fortnightly split includes a variation of mornings/days/ afternoon/evening shifts and includes 4 sleepover shifts per roster and 2 weekends off.
