About the role:

As the Project & Administration Coordinator, you will provide direct administration, coordination and project support which will contribute to the overall effectiveness and efficiency of the Ageing Directorate Leadership team.

Duties and responsibilities include:

  • Lead or contribute as required to specific projects with the Ageing Operational Plan
  • Provide analysis and research that informs the development of strategic plans and business cases for service development, business models, funding options as well as quality and compliance initiatives
  • Efficient management of project administration and governance activities
  • Collaborate with other Uniting functions and teams across the organisation to ensure coordination of standardised, efficient processes and continuous process improvement
  • Administration support to the leadership team including but not limited to a diary management

Skills and experience:

  • Demonstrated experience in project coordination and administration
  • High level written and oral communication skills
  • Sound time management skills with the ability to prioritise and multi-task
  • Knowledge of the health and/or aged care industry
  • Advanced level of computer literacy and competency in Microsoft packages
  • Analytical and attention to detail – ability to extract and translate data into various documents
