About the Role
As a Disability Support Worker your goal is to empower our clients by helping them to live independently and achieve their goals. Successful applicants must be resilient and have demonstrated experience supporting people with complex behaviours of concern. It is also important that candidates are able to work flexibly across a 24/7 roster; this includes active night shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
