About the Role
Working as a Disability Support Worker your goal is to empower our clients by helping them to live independently and achieve their goals in a Supported Independent Living environment. This opportunity in the Sutherland Shire area is a great way for locals to give back to the community and make a difference as a front-line worker.
Successful applicants will have clear communication skills and a demonstrated passion supporting people who live with disability. Preference will be given to those who have previous experience working with clients with low and high support needs. The successful candidate will also be able to work flexibly across a 24/7 roster which includes active night shifts and weekends.

Successful candidates will be required to clear all state-based probity checks including but not limited to a National Criminal History Record Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check.
