The Star Sydney is looking for a passionate, highly dedicated and experienced Head Sushi Chef to join our team at Sokyo!
This is an exciting time to join our team as we re-open and share with Sydney the makeover of our Japanese venue.
The ideal candidate should have experience in a fast-paced kitchen and production environment and furthermore, should also be comfortable with the challenges of a large-scale production kitchen. You will demonstrate passion, enthusiasm and flair in the Japanese culinary space.
