Operations Coordinator

What’s your mission?
We have over 700 people on the program and more to come. You'll be part of a team that is building and creating the most optimal operating rhythm for the future and the people experience. What will your day look like? 
Your days will vary from week to week, however in most cases you will be providing coordination and operational support to our Value Streams on the program.  A lot of the role is people orientated, so we're looking for energy and passion for providing the very best customer service.

• Responding to enquiries via Jira
• Updating systems to ensure accuracy in data (Serraview, confluence, email distribution lists)
• Ordering and asset management of tech assets
• Raising and tracking approval processes for vendor submission requests
• Collaborate and execute on process improvement opportunities with the team
• Be ready at no notice to switch priorities

What will be in your toolkit? 

• Advanced communication skills both written and verbal.
• Ability to manage multiple competing priorities and problem solve issues as they arise.
• Eye for detail on process improvement opportunities
• Can work to tight and demanding deadlines without a decline in quality of work
