About the job
Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, you will provide high quality, reliable and confidential administrative support to senior members of the Operations Leadership team. The position will be responsible for all administrative service provision including but not limited to diary management, co-ordinate meetings, travel, expense management, preparation of documents to support the senior members of the Operations Leadership team and coordinating team events.
Further, you will be required to acquire a thorough understanding of the functions that it supports, and the associated policies and procedures, to provide informed advice to people across the university, external stakeholders and international partners. You will be supported with general direction and requires you to utilise a broad range of skills and the ability to exercise judgement, initiative, discretion and independence while interacting daily with staff and stakeholders across the university.
About you
To be successful in this role, you will have:
• Relevant education in office administration with subsequent relevant experience; or extensive experience and or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training
• Demonstrated experience in providing high-level executive support including the ability to deal with information of a sensitive and confidential nature
• Excellent organisational and time management skills and the ability to effectively deal with conflicting priorities on a daily basis under limited direction
• High-level interpersonal, written and verbal communication and relationship management skills, including across cultures
