About The Role

Role Location: 93 Murray St, Gawler SA 5118

Role Type: Permanent, Full-time

 

In your role as a Senior Small Business Specialist, you will uncover your customer’s needs and recommend a tailored banking solution to create value for their business. Immersing yourself in the branch team, you will to grow revenue through deposits, lending and share of wallet through origination of new small business customers to ANZ, cross selling and undertaking health checks for existing ANZ small business customers.

 

You are a specialist local banker who looks after a branch cluster where you will build and develop a relationship with their branches and local networks to hunt for new business and focus on Micro Commercial customers with Business Lending needs. You will also coach and mentor personal bankers and service consultants to identify and refer quality opportunities

 

About You

To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:

  • Strong customer service and excellent business development experience
  • Proven experience in a customer facing role
  • Business Banking experience preferred but not essential
  • Experienced Retail bankers or those with solid lending or credit experience are highly regarded
  • Computer literacy skills
