ACFI Coordinator

About the opportunity

Uniting is seeking a ACFI Coordinator to work at Uniting Wesley Heights in Manly in Sydney’s beautiful Northern Beaches. This is a permanent part time opportunity working a minimum of 24 hours per week, minutes from Manly Beach!

What are we REALLY looking for?

We are looking for someone who thoroughly enjoys health care, has excellent clinical skills, can provide engaged leadership and who has a passion for providing exceptional care.

You’re a whizz at the clinical assessment process and you know how to use the ACFI funding tool to make the most out of the funding you receive.

You’re a compassionate person and advocate for your residents, identifying any kinks in their care plans and regularly reviewing and reassessing their complex needs.  

You’re a born leader and you support your team by sharing your knowledge and mentor your team when they need you.

You have a Bachelor of Nursing (AHPRA Registered) and have your sights on building a career in this field.
