About The Role

Role Location: 833 Collins Street, Docklands VIC 3008

Role Type: Permanent, Full-time

As a Senior Change Analyst you will be primarily responsible for leading, coordinating and executing change management activities within Customer Tax Transparency (CTT).

This includes enabling and assessing the readiness of the organisation, managing, preparing & partnering with stakeholders and providing support across business areas impacted by changes driven primarily by technology, regulatory and/or process improvements. 

Typical outputs will include business impact assessments, change management plans, engagement & communication strategies, training materials and training facilitation. 

This role is best suited to an individual with a project delivery/management background, where you will be comfortable working with a technically complex program, whilst maintaining a regulatory, customer and banker lens.

You are required to have strong engagement and collaboration with internal stakeholders and external businesses across the organisation, as well as manage multiple concurrent projects and priorities. 

About You

To be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following -

  • Proven change management (or equivalent) experience delivering across a portfolio of changes within a complex and fast paced environment
  • Formal change management accreditation, such as PROSCI, highly preferable
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence outcomes at all levels and build solid relationships with stakeholders
  • Comfortable being uncomfortable – You are comfortable with uncertainty and changing priorities, and have a high level of self-motivation, drive and initiative
  • A team leader –You recognise the value the different perspectives and skills your colleagues bring.  It is not about being a hero but jumping in and leading, as well as contributing to the successful delivery of the team’s objectives
  • The customer and banker’s biggest fan – You demonstrate a thirst for better understanding the customer and banker’s experience, to develop solutions through their eyes
  • Continuous improvement junkie – You constructively challenge the status quo, look for better ways to do things and passionately advocate continuous improvement
  • A problem solver – You are energised by tackling complex problems and use critical thinking, your network, skills, knowledge and available data to drive better outcomes for our customers and the bank;
  • Risk savvy – You build sustainable solutions that protect customers, stakeholders and the community
