The People Transformation & Consulting (PTC) team are responsible for designing and delivering various workforce initiatives which directly contribute to ANZs purpose to shape a world where people and communities thrive
Innovation is at the heart of PTC, were rapidly evolving, growing and delivering complex work that has resulted in the need for some experienced Senior Consultants to help us deliver on our book of work.
Whats your mission?
As part of the internal consulting team that helps shape our future organisation you will lead the design and delivery of diverse, large scale people initiatives such as operating model & organisational design programs, restructures & offshoring, mergers, acquisitions and divestments, all of which are aligned to ANZs strategic business priorities.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Leading a team to deliver the people changes within a transformation program
- Partner with the Business and act as their trusted advisor
- Act as the employee advocate to optimise and improve their experience during change
- Coach and upskill the wider PTC team
- Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives

What could your day look like?
- Lead a scoping discussion with Business Leaders, to understand the rationale for change and root cause of what they are trying to achieve
- Partner with the business to conduct current state assessments of in scope teams
- Develop and execute a solution with the employee experience front and centre
- Lead and support your project team to successfully deliver on a common goal
- Effectively support your business throughout the process and minimise any potential risks
- Liaise with other parts of the Talent & Culture (HR) function to ensure a seamless experience
- Coach PTC team members and encourage knowledge sharing across the team
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at automating processes and upskilling the team
Whats in your toolkit?
- Experience supporting transformation programs including operating model and organisational design, restructures, offshoring, M&A or divestments
- Project Management; a proven ability to lead and implement global projects successfully
- Consulting skills; partner with the business to identify and propose a viable solution, with at times minimal information
- Dealing with ambiguity; adaptable and capable of dealing with complexities and ambiguity in a constantly evolving environment
- Effective stakeholder management; ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders, including influencing and challenging
- Ability to work collaboratively within a global team environment and coaching and developing others
- Ability to identify, manage and mitigate risks effectively and comfortable managing multiple priorities
