About the Job
This position reports to the Head of Business Solutions and is accountable for leading the Project Management team who operationalise the industry based learning projects acquired by the Senior Consultants.
Your dedication to providing outstanding customer service is critical to this role as is the ability to build exceptional relationships with our clients.
In this role, you will lead a project team and work in close collaboration with the Senior Consultants, Manager Quality and Systems, Manager, Compliance and the finance team.

About you
To be successful in the role, you will have:
• Completion of a tertiary level qualification with relevant work experience; or extensive experience and management expertise in technical or administrative fields; or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training
• Demonstrated, relevant experience in the provision of high quality customer services within a demanding, client focused environment.
• Experience in understanding training needs analysis within a commercial environment and translating information to the design and provision of effective learning programs
• Excellent time management and organisation skills, with ability to prioritise workloads to ensure deadlines are met with excellent attention to detail.
