About the role
Our Aged and Community Care program in Townsville is currently looking for an experienced and motivated Program Coordinator to lead a team of Support Workers. This position is being offered on a permanent full-time basis; office hours are 8:30am - 5:00pm Monday to Friday. In additional to an attractive remuneration package, the successful incumbent for this position will also be offered a monthly RDO.
To be successful in this position and dependent upon the arrangements for individual clients you may also work directly with clients from time to time as part of the role as well as participating in on call responsibilities on a rotating basis.
Key Responsibilities
Skills & Experience
Ideally, you will have proven Aged Care experience with providing services to clients with Home Care Packages, Commonwealth Home Support Program, Queensland Community Care Services and Veterans Home Care.
Successful candidates will be required to clear probity checks including National Criminal History Record Check and Working with Children Check (where relevant to the role).
