About the Role
Join our team in Broken Hill on a casual basis and permanent part-time basis across our Supported Independent Living and Lifestyle programs. Working in our Supported Independent Living team, you will actively support our clients to live independently through the provision of daily living support (including personal care), domestic duties, mentorship, assistance with medications and support to achieve their individual goals. You will need to work a varied pattern of shifts across a 24/7 roster (including short shifts, night shifts, weekends and public holidays) to be considered for these roles.
Working in our Lifestyle program, you will be required to assist clients in their homes or community based supports. You will assist the clients with cleaning, personal care and domestic duties. Some of these clients have daily activities in the community that you would be supporting them with such as shopping and taking them to concerts or lunches. These shifts range from 9am-8pm, Monday - Sunday.
