About The Role

Role Location: 833 Collins Street, Docklands VIC 3008

Role Type: Permanent, Full-Time

As a Specialist Risk Culture, your role is to support the development and implementation of the Risk Culture Assessment framework and requires a strong degree of empathy and understanding of the business and associated risk and control frameworks and processes. Your primary focus is on the identification and analysis of Group, Divisional and Functional business, financial, risk and other quantitative information and to undertake insightful analysis and reporting of the maturity of underlying risk behaviours and risk management.

You will manage the provision of secure, compliant, efficient, cost-effective and value-adding risk and compliance services and support planned activities with research on best practice in risk culture across the industry and within ANZ. You will assist in the development of an enterprise opinion on the risk culture maturity at ANZ and ensure ANZ’s core values are always maintained.

About You:

To be successful in the role, you will have the following skills, knowledge and experiences:

  • 4+ years Financial Services or Risk Management experience
  • A strong understanding of risk management, with a focus on reporting and analysis
  • Organisational knowledge of ANZ risk management systems and processes
  • Technical ability in data analysis and data visualisation techniques, proficient in developing spreadsheets
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders along the end-to-end customer lifecycle and influence/ negotiate change
  • Able to manage priorities and conflicting issues in a professional/risk based manner
