The purpose of Business Lending Tribe is to make great business lending experiences possible for our Business Owner customers. Our aim is to provide our customers with simple, industry-leading business lending solutions, quickly, reliably and cost-effectively. We have a focus on improving Business Lending process and our systems risk management framework through the delivery of remediation actions. We are seeking a Journey Expert role to work within our Data Enablement squad to support change initiatives that relate to the overall Business Lending product, process, systems and risk management framework and perform the task of Scrum Master for the squad.
As a Journey Expert, you will be responsible for designing change management strategies that integrate the needs of our Tribe, Bankers and Customers and maximise business value. This requires a strong ability to solve complex problems using a range of techniques and will actively look to improve quality and provide practical processes and new ways to work that balance risk and outcomes and are innovative and progressive
