About The Role

Role Location: Blended WFH and on-site (833 Collins Street, Docklands VIC 3008)

Role Type: 12-months Fixed-term, Full-time Opportunity

  

As a Manager, Credit Administration, you will be responsible to lead the Specialist Finance Credit Administration team, working closely with Corporate Finance stakeholders to deliver timely and optimized customer outcomes for structured debt transactions.  This requires the efficient allocation and prioritization of work to team members, business unit reporting/data management and establishing and maintaining customer centric collaborative relationships with customer and stakeholders. You will also be responsible to support effective risk management, by actively promoting risk awareness within Client Services and embedding a culture where risk is everyone’s responsibility.

Responsibilities

  • Meet or exceed customer expectations with efficient and accurate execution of daily transactions
  • Build strong working relationships with internal stakeholder in order to deliver superior customer service
  • Ensure fee and interest income is collected accurately in line with policy
  • Identify process and organisational improvements to provide efficient customer centric outcomes
  • Ensure all data is collected and stored in line with CASF & ANZ policy and procedures
  • Contribute to and drive the development of a collaborative team environment and provide coaching, support, training and guidance to the members of your team to drive personal growth and career development
  • Follow the Risk and Assurance escalation process as required, ensuring compliance with relevant standards, policies, RAF/AFS, legislation and regulations (Statutory and Regulatory), ensuring relevant checks are in place to minimize the potential for operating losses

About You

•        Strong collaboration, relationship, network and communication skills

•        Experienced in solving complex problems and a desire to continuously improve the system

•        Strategic and curious mind-set, highly commercial with a proven ability to balance risk/reward priorities

•        Numerical skills and experience with Excel (ability to understand complex formulas in a spreadsheet)

•        Experience in coaching individuals for growth and improved performance

•        Strong verbal and written communication skills

•        Operations experience desirable but not essential
