About The Role
Role Location: 111 Eagle Street, Brisbane QLD 4000
Role Type: Permanent, Full Time

Reporting to the Head of Institutional Payments & Cash Management Sales QLD, your role as a Senior Account Manager will be responsible for managing and growing revenue derived from a portfolio of high value Institutional clients across a broad cross section of industries and some people leader responsibilities.

This role is accountable for:

  • Drives focused organic growth strategy and capability
  • Drive customer centric sales and account management strategies at the portfolio level (PCM Campaigns, Deposit re-pricing)
  • Growth in Revenue and FUM (average balances)
  • Growth in share of wallet / cross-sell
  • Achieve leverage from product partnering opportunities with Relationship
  • Teamwork & collaboration
  • Stakeholder Management
  • Effective pipeline management using Mercury and sales process
  • Upholds ANZ standards in risk & compliance as required

About You
To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:

  • Display a positive attitude, operates with a collaborative approach and actively supports the team in successful delivery of initiatives
  • Strong stakeholder, time management and problem solving skills
  • Negotiate and gain closure on sales and manage delivery of end-to-end sales process
  • Promote a customer experience that integrates with ANZ’s digital channels
  • Ability to recognise requirement to balance growth, revenue and product targets
  • Understanding of clients Working Capital Cycle with a data analytical mindset
