Gaming Marketing Manager

The Star is looking for a passionate Marketing Manager to make an impact in our Gaming space!

This role will suit someone who has a hands-on approach as you will see yourself working cross functionally across The Star Entertainment Group and collaborating with key stakeholders to bring exciting marketing campaigns and promotional activities to life.

Subsequently this will drive gaming visitation, revenue and ROMI to create a world class experience for our valued guests!

Key responsibilities in the role are but not limited to:

• You will be directly managing all member communications and will need to develop and manage Through the Line (TTL) and Above the Line marketing campaigns in the Gaming space
• Creativity! You will have the full ability to work with assigned budgets to generate promotions and initiates from scratch that drive visitation and a great experience for our guests
• Assist Loyalty & CRM team to drive new member acquisition to The Star Club through appropriate property offers and support for the loyalty program in driving property activity
• Liaise with the Partnership and Sponsorship Manager as to execution of partnership and sponsorship benefits at a property level to stimulate revenue and generate brand equity

To be successful in this role you will have:

• Demonstrated experience in a similar role in marketing, advertising, agency, or brand development
• You will be motivated by people and achieving the best outcomes for your customers
• Ability to be agile and solution focused in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills to confidently liaise with and manage expectations and demands of stakeholders
• Tertiary degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
