What we are looking for

As the Campaign Analyst you will work collaboratively with the greater marketing and loyalty team providing the analysis to drive campaign and segment strategies. You will be responsible for the execution capability to deploy customer interactions across direct and intermediate channels to positively drive customer behavioural change that further increases patronage and membership.

Key responsibilities in the role are but not limited to:

  • Build and execute owned campaigns via owned channel
  • Provide input on campaign targeting to drive improved campaign ROI
  • Ensure completion of pre and post campaign analysis, including measurement of ROI
  • Support the Senior Campaign Analyst to drive test & learn strategies to support continuous improvement
  • Peer to peer reviews of campaign builds
  • Effective collaboration – able to work well within a team, conduct meetings, and provide recommendations / input where possible with the CRM team
  • Data driven decision making - ensure all decisions are rooted in data, with a particular focus on customer insight

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Previous 2 years’ experience in a Campaign Analyst role or across a data-driven and CRM led organisation with a passion for digital and data-driven techniques
  • Campaign management skills and ability to utilise cross–channel marketing tools
  • Previous experience with Unica (advantageous)
  • Tertiary qualifications or degree in Business or Marketing, or relevant industry experience
  • Ability to work in a fast paced and forever changing environment
