About the Role
This role is responsible for supporting day to day activities within the school as part of the school administration team. You will work under the direction of the Senior Coordinator, Planning and Resources to provide high level service delivery in following processes and tasks which support the effective operation of the school. You will provide general administrative support to academic staff in course administration matters such as the preparation of materials, results and student and staff surveys and contribute to the success of school events such as student orientation and Open Day. You will also be an active participant in the college to assist with identifying opportunities for improvement, providing feedback to relevant areas and contributing to the streamlining of academic service processes, communication lines and support services.
About you
You will have experience in providing high-level administrative support in a university environment or similar large and complex organisation. Demonstrated experience and expertise in the provision of quality customer service, including sound knowledge and consistent application of relevant University policy and procedures and the ability to provide advice will be imperative to your success in this role. In addition, you will have well-developed interpersonal and problem-solving skills, with the ability to take the initiative in identifying and pursuing opportunities to improve existing practices and services. Demonstrated high level of computer literacy including word processing; presentation software; email; internet and electronic document management applications will be highly advantageous.
Qualifications
Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or proven experience.
