About the role
The purpose of the Case Manager (Child, Youth & Family) position is to provide a high level of skilled support and supervision to the placement of children and young people in a family-based care arrangement. The successful candidate will hold a caseload of children and young people and will be required to build a rapport with the child/young person, conduct regular home visits, work with the care team and implement Looking After Children (LAC) requirements.
This position is being offered as permanent full-time, and can be based in either Sunshine and/or South Morang. This role will require travel across the metro area and as required to regional areas. There may also be a requirement to work outside business hours. A Tool of Trade vehicle (including fuel card) will also be allocated to the successful candidate.
