About the role

As an Assistant Gaming Manager, you are central to overseeing the daily operation of the Table Games business. In addition, you will support the Gaming Managers in the day-to-day implementation of business plans.

As a leader, you will be responsible for positively influencing the performance of your team, ensuring each of your Team Members delivers outstanding guest service and embodies The Star Qualities while maintaining compliance with regulations and our code of conduct.

You will lead by example, demonstrating familiarity with the property, current promotions and tournaments, maintaining high-floor visibility and actively participating in all briefings.

About you

  • Current Gaming Supervisor
  • Endorsement of your team leader
  • Demonstrated application of Star Qualities in all aspects of your role
  • Proven stakeholder management capabilities
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills as you will work with a diverse guest and team member base
  • Polished five-star grooming and personal presentation
  • Completion of GLDP 2 is highly desirable
