About the role

The Gaming Machines team is currently looking for an Assistant Gaming Manager with previous experience in a supervisory role within the casino. In this position, you will support the Gaming Managers in the day-to-day implementation of business plans and be central to overseeing the daily operation of the Gaming Machine areas

As a leader, you will be responsible for positively influencing the performance of your team, ensuring each of your Team Members deliver outstanding guest service and memorable experiences for each of their guests.

You will lead by example by ensuring familiarity with the property, current promotions and tournaments, maintaining high-floor visibility and actively participating in pre-shift briefings.

About you

• Must have previous supervision /management experience (Gaming experience preferred, however willing to consider other career pathways)
• Demonstrated application of Star Qualities in all aspects of your role
• Proven stakeholder management capabilities
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills as you work with a diverse guest and team member base
• Polished five-star grooming and personal presentation
