About the Role

We are seeking a Reservations Services Agents who will be the ambassador for The Star award-wining restaurants and luxury 5-Star Hotels across three properties. Being the voice and first point in contact for our guest, you are responsible for an impeccable and prompt delivery of memorable thrilling guest service.

What will my day look like as Reservations Service Agent?

  • Demonstrate knowledge of The Star three property outlets and promote the quality products of TSEG
  • Assist with guest reservations and general enquiries.
  • Responding to written correspondence in a professional and timely manner, and delegating to internal stakeholders within the business to resolve guest feedback
  • Provide anticipatory service and seek for opportunities to creatively upsell rooms and cross-sell alternative outlets
  • Resolving customer queries with diplomacy and tact
  • Build rapport with guest and closely liaise with different departments to create a memorable guest experience

Who we are looking for?

  • Solid experience delivering exceptional customer service skills and demonstrating outstanding language skills, in a similar role within 5-star hotel industry or at reputable luxury brand. (preferred)
  • Previous knowledge and experience in using Opera system is ideal
  • Display strong communication skills verbal and non verbal, problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Sales driven with the ability to meet KPI targets
  • Ability to speak an Asian Dialect (e.g. Cantonese, Mandarin, Vietnamese and/or Korean) will be highly regarded
