Your mission
As the Operations Team Lead, you will lead, develop, and support a hardworking team that focuses on fulfilling objectives in the areas of customer, people, property, and process for our new Australian digital transformation program. In delivering on the program’s internal operational services, the Workforce & Operations team provides a range of key services to enable this program to run efficiently.
You’ll provide services and advice to enable leaders within the program to have the solutions they need for their teams/squads to operate at optimal effectiveness and efficiency.

What will your day look like

• Prioritisation and reallocation of work as business and stakeholder needs evolve.
• Working with leads and business partners to understand their needs and provide simple solutions.
• Supervising and managing processes to enable vendor contracts to be approved and operationalised.
• Maintaining data to ensure accuracy in various systems (Serraview, Confluence, distribution lists, asset management).
• Contributing to and participating in planning and prioritisation.
• Assisting with ensuring the program is well-managed and aligned with ANZ Group processes and policies.
• Use your experience to reinvent, simplify, and improve internal processes.

Experience in leading and supporting an operations team in a matrix environment will be highly regarded, and of course you'll need to bring a customer-centric viewpoint to everything you do.
