About the role
We have a great opportunity for a Team Leader to join our Disability team in the Perth Metro area.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing a passionate team of Disability Support Workers across the Perth Metro whilst ensuring that the individual needs of clients are met. You will use your organisational and leadership skills to guide your team in providing high standards of supports and services to our disability clients so they can reach their goals.
In addition to managing staff, a large proportion of the role will be administrative including updating client information in our database, tracking incidents and claiming for services.
Tool of Trade vehicle, laptop and mobile phone provided and one Rostered Day Off per month!
It is a requirement for this role to be part of the Disability Management On-Call rotating roster.

Successful candidates will be required to clear probity checks including National Criminal History Record Check and Working with Children Check.
