About The Role

Role Location: 839 Collins Street, Docklands VIC 3008

Role Type: 6 month Fixed Term Contract, Full-time

We are looking for a highly skilled Journey Expert to take responsibility for the end to end delivery of some initiatives in the Financial Crime Portfolio.

As a Journey Expert, you will be required to manage some workstreams from conception to final product, drawing on your good organizational skills, attention to detail and solid stakeholder management skills to deliver on the desired business outcome.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with key Stakeholders to solicit business requirements.
  • Translate business requirements into user stories and support technical development and testing.
  • Ensure work deliverables adhere to the ANZ delivery and governance framework.
  • Identify, document and escalate risks and issues where appropriate to mitigate the impact to deliverable timelines.
  • Collaborate with key Stakeholders to define, plan and execute on business readiness activities to operationalise the product or service, including but not limited to:
    • Seeking signoff on required checkpoints, e.g. Assurance reviews
    • User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
    • Training approach and delivery, including support with documentation of training material
    • Communication plan
    • Business Verification Testing (BVT)
    • End-User Support

About You

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have the following:

  • Team player with a positive attitude and an agile mindset to think outside the box.
  • Appreciation for data and how it can be leveraged to make information meaningful
  • Proven experience in the elicitation of requirements and business implementation activities for large scale software projects.
  • Solid stakeholder management, negotiation and influencing skills. 
  • Experience in the creation of training plans and facilitation of training to large groups of stakeholders across multiple jurisdictions. 
  • Communication plan and roll out.
  • Ability to work across multiple initiatives or workstreams. 

Nice to haves:

  • Knowledge of the Financial Crime Portfolio
  • Experience with Agile methodologies
