This role is required to work from an ANZ workplace. Under the Victorian Governments COVID-19 Mandatory Vaccination (Workers) Directions, the successful candidate will need to provide evidence that they have received two doses of an approved COVID-19 vaccine by 26 November 2021, or have a medical exemption evidenced by an authorised medical practitioner, in order to be appointed to the role.
As a Banking Consultant, your role is to provide our customers with a seamless branch experience by meeting each customers end-to-end banking needs across transaction activities, needs-based conversations and educating them on digital solutions. You will be part of a collaborative team and will act as a role model and peer coach to deliver the best possible customer experience. Moreover, you will coach customers on self-service ways of banking, ensuring our customers can bank at a time and place of their choice for their simple, everyday needs.
You will be passionate about delivering on our Customer Promises to ensure customers leave the branch as strong advocates of ANZ.
