About The Role
Role Location: Flexible
Role Type: 12 month fixed-term opportunity, Full-time
As a Customer Resolution Facilitator, you are responsible for the quality delivery of Customer Resolutions induction programs and initiatives through a range of delivery modes including face-to-face and virtually, resulting in effective behaviour change, job readiness and tangible business-based outcomes (80% of the time). You are responsible for identifying improvements to learning programs and initiatives, completing maintenance to program materials as required and supporting the design and development of new learning and change solutions utilising a range of mediums (20% of the time).
About You
To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
Strong facilitation skills, ideally Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
Experience with instructional design and development of learning (desired)
Demonstrated ability to deliver learning through a variety of mediums
Leading self and others through change
Strong customer focus
