About The Role

Role Location: 839 Collins Street, Docklands VIC 3008

Role Type: Permanent, Full-Time

As a Capability Lead, you will be responsible for the quality delivery of scalable, learning programs across Group Risk to support the execution of Risk’s strategy. You will achieve financial delivery targets within policy and budgets and identify and implement cost reduction initiatives.

You, in collaboration with the Central Risk strategy team is also responsible for supporting (leading where necessary) activities for programme design, development, and delivery/implementation. You will deliver high-quality learning programs and experiences resulting in cognitive learning, knowledge transfer, effective behaviour change and tangible business-based outcomes and maintain business relationships and partners as required with key business stakeholders and Business Learning Managers.

About You

To be successful in the role, you will have the following skills, knowledge and experiences:

  • Good years facilitation experience including to senior audiences
  • Can lead others through change, transition and uncertainty
  • Proven relationship management skills able to establish, build and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders
  • Ability to think strategically about systemic processes and identify improvements
  • Highly effective organisational and planning skills
  • Proven ability to influence and implement change with senior key stakeholders
  • High level of environmental and organisation awareness, able to align activities to vision/purpose of the organisation
