The purpose of the Scams Fraud Analyst role is to minimise the impact of Scams on ANZ and our customers through the identification of emerging trends and the development of detection rules. Given the rapidly changing scams environment, this role requires the ability to think outside the box and challenge the status quo. The Scams Fraud Analyst needs to be able to draw insight from data and communicate this to stakeholders in a way that is clear and informative. A successful candidate would ideally have experience in fraud/scams detection and SQL/SAS coding.
