About The Role

Role Location: 833 Collins Street, Docklands VIC

Role Type: Permanent, Fulltime

Our Quality Managers dedicate their time to keeping their areas of responsibility operationally fit. They are always on the go removing obstacles and paving the way for their staff to succeed. They recognise and develop the potential in their people, and collaborate with others both within Quality and across our Business areas to optimise business performance, reduce operational costs, improve customer outcomes and consistently role model the operational excellence principles.

About You

To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following

  • Proven experience with operational/team management. Strong operational skills
  • Proven experience managing and influencing stakeholders
  • Understands, accepts and supports the need for change and adapts own behaviours to changing circumstances and constructively provides input to change projects.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the domain/segment/team and its customers and related business drivers in context of the desired outcomes.
  • Sound knowledge of processes, regulatory requirements and policies related to the team’s function
  • Demonstrated ability to analyse performance metrics and take appropriate actions.
