About the job
We are looking for an experienced CX Designer to join the Swinburne marketing team. You will champion the voice of the customer and deliver customer-centric experience designs across Swinburne’s marketing activities. With your passion for creating incredible experiences for our students, you will lead research and experience design projects, develop insights, map customer journeys and personas, and continue to evolve Swinburne marketing’s CX strategy.

About you
• You’ve completed a degree in marketing or a related field with subsequent relevant experience
• You have demonstrated success designing and delivering customer experience programs for a large and complex organisation, including the development of key artefacts
• You have significant experience leading programs of customer research
• You bring analytical rigour to the customer experience, and are comfortable driving the ongoing development of a customer-centric mindset across the organisation
• You’re organised, can manage multiple projects, stakeholders and competing priorities, all while maintaining quality outcomes
