About The Role

Role Location: 833 Collins Street Docklands, VIC 3008

Role Type: Permanent, Full-time

The Business Support Analyst provides analysis and administration of various initiatives under the CTT Competency area to facilitate the development and ongoing management of programs/projects ensuring variances, risks, issues and dependencies are reported and escalated as appropriate.

The Business Support Analyst is responsible for assisting the CTT Competency Area by:

  • Taking accountability for the coordination of the project’s management information including progress against schedules, budget tracking, risk, issue and dependency management and management reporting
  • With the support of the Leads and POs, developing and implementing controls to ensure alignment to relevant standards and compliance requirements
  • Tracking of benefits in conjunction with Project Governance
  • Take responsibility for project data analysis, translating into insights and producing outputs for stakeholder consumption
  • Working with the Leads to establish and run team planning and delivery cadences, rituals and other project management practices
  • Working with the Leads to establish the reporting and common processes across the Competency Area

About You

To be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:

  • Previous Project/Business Support experience gained across a variety of project types
  • Domain knowledge: Preferably from a relevant background - Finance or Risk & Compliance
  • Leadership: Comfortable to ‘roll up the sleeves’ and work hands-on, collaboratively with passion and energy as a key member of a fast-paced agile team
  • Communication and collaboration: Demonstrated ability, commitment and contribution to collaborative team work. Ability to motivate the team while balancing the needs of the competency area
  • Project subject matter expertise: Knowledge of PMO management/Business support, finance processes, risk and project management standards, particularly PPM or similar systems.
  • Tools Skillset: strong MS Office skills required, particularly advanced Excel and polished PowerPoint presentation skills. Confluence, SharePoint and JIRA skills desirable
  • Understanding of PMO management, finance processes and reporting, risk and project management standards, ideally within ANZ
  • Demonstrated team working ability, commitment and contribution to building the team and ability to balance business needs
  • Adaptability to change and managing a variety of team’s requirements along with managing own work
