About The Role

ANZ's Small Business Banking area is an exciting business providing a full range of solutions to small businesses around Australia.  Our customer focused proposition and enthusiastic, committed team has helped generate significant growth and we now have a number of opportunities for business to business sales professionals to join us and help build our success further.

In your role as a Remote Small Business Specialist, you will uncover your customer’s needs and recommend a tailored banking solution to create value for their business. You will be responsible to retain and grow revenue, deposits and share of wallet through existing customer base by uncovering needs, cross selling and relationship managing a set of existing medium to high value ANZ small business customers. The management of these customers is done “remotely” from a central location.

About You

To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:

  • Strong customer service and business development experience
  • Be comfortable working with a wide range of clients face to face
  • Strong stakeholder management experience
  • Ability to work cohesively in a team
  • Commercial Banking and Retail Banking experience will be highly regarded
