About the Role:
You will cover a period of Parental Leave for 12 months, ideally joining us in August. This role supports the Shared Services function in achieving service excellence through measurement and continuous improvement of HR Services Delivery. Providing HR Process support to People administration, Employee lifecycle and Business Compliance.
Key Responsibilities and accountabilities
Expert (SME) support to project initiatives that impact the employee lifecycle
Agreements and Awards achieved by engagement with the respective business partners
