Business Analyst customer interactions
Your mission
Use your customer centric BA skills to help design customer interactions and experiences that will eventually reach millions (millions!) of people. Its the perfect time to join the program of work as we ideate and design how we help our customers with their financial well-being.
What will you day look like?
Embedded in the Get Help and Give Feedback Value Stream, youll help identify and design how we connect with our customers. Video? Chat? Face to face? AR? VR? We haven't built it yet! And how does that convert into epics and stories.
What will be in your toolkit?
This is a great job for an experienced BA who wants to be involved in the creative process, building something from nothing. Youve got a delivery, UX / CX lens and you place the customer at the heart of everything you do.
