Business Analyst – customer interactions 

Your mission
Use your customer centric BA skills to help design customer interactions and experiences that will eventually reach millions (millions!) of people. It’s the perfect time to join the program of work as we ideate and design how we help our customers with their financial well-being. 

What will you day look like?
Embedded in the Get Help and Give Feedback Value Stream, you’ll help identify and design how we connect with our customers. Video? Chat? Face to face? AR? VR? We haven't built it yet! And how does that convert into epics and stories. 

  • Uncover dependencies, validate boundaries and sequence/map user stories
  • Collaborate with technology, projects, customer journey teams to collate business requirements 
  • Leverage tools for optimal collaboration and knowledge sharing
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement 
  • Optimise workflows and traceability to ensure what the squads are doing relate back to the bigger picture

What will be in your toolkit?
This is a great job for an experienced BA who wants to be involved in the creative process, building something from nothing.  You’ve got a delivery, UX / CX lens and you place the customer at the heart of everything you do. 

  • Extensive experience working within cross-functional, agile or continuous delivery teams
  • You know how to gather and translate requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria 
  • A ‘test & learn’ mindset, encouraging best practices across squads around reviews, quality and documentation
  • Perhaps you’ve worked with chat / call centre / mobile apps or other customer facing technology and experiences
  • Ability to explore needs in a data-driven way, develop and implement innovative solutions, test the outcomes, and iterate
