Journey Expert – Marketing and Strategy

The PACE tribeÂ’s mission is to deliver whole-of-customer and whole-of-bank strategic insight, propositions and engagements, leveraging our unique partnerships including Visa, Qantas and our digital wallets partners.
As a PACE Marketing & Strategy Journey Expert in the Tempo squad, youÂ’ll work in a cross-functional digital wallets squad that encompasses strategy, planning, change management and delivery. YouÂ’ll be responsible for developing and delivering our marketing strategy and plan to attract and nurture active wallet users through largely data-led comms strategies.
YouÂ’re a strategic marketer with proven data-driven campaigns experience. WeÂ’re looking someone who can identify insights by leveraging market and customer data, who brings strategic capability to build and optimize digital wallets customer journeys, and who identifies and executes best-practice opportunities to deliver great customer outcomes and optimise return on marketing investment. YouÂ’ll be customer-obsessed, action-oriented, and adept at collaborating with stakeholders and partners including across AR&C and Digital as well as all the usual marketing stakeholders.
