What’s your mission?
You'll  be embedded in a large program of work with some of the most creative software engineers in the business. You'll be part of the team that is building and creating the most optimal operating rhythm for the technology teams. people. What will your day look like? 
No 2 days will look the same! Supporting the Technology Portfolio and Operations Lead, you will help out on all activity that is people, communication, engagement and Technology Operations related.

• Dealing with lots of different requests for data/information and dealing with a raft of questions 
• Looking after important tasks to manage risk eg support management and governance of document storage, especially source code and implementing actions to address audit items
• Pulling together content/information to communicate  what we are doing and progress eg preparation of presentation content for various showcases and updates to senior stakeholders 
• Addressing operational issues to try and simplify and improve eg Identify operational issues experienced by technology team and work with respective delivery teams eg T&C to resolve these issues
• Support requests for proposal (RFPs) – ensuring submissions are completed with right content to clear the path for review & approval
• Making sure people have access to the keys apps eg  Confluence, Slack access
• Co-ordinate requests for information/data from ANZx/Group Technology on behalf of the team
• Working with data & spreadsheets

• Super organised and able to pivot. One hour you could be coordinating an all hands meeting, the next speaking with a supplier
• Really good at the detail and get the big picture
• Thrive on high workload and a very fast paced environment
• Very savvy with excel, powerpoint/key note
