Organisational Enablement Specialist

This is a permanent opportunity with flexibility to work between home and our Sydney and Parramatta CBD locations.
We are open to full time or 4 days per week - (salary pro-rata)
About the role:
We are seeking to expand our Organisational Enablement impact by welcoming another highly engaged, driven Organisational Enablement Specialist to our passionate and dedicated team.
In this role you will have the opportunity to collaborate with key stakeholders on new and existing initiatives that support and enable leadership, engagement, wellbeing, recognition, performance and capability development.
Partnering with HR Business Partners, our Learning & Development team and our Senior Leaders across Uniting, you will play a key role in building the capability of our people and driving our inclusive, safe, innovative and person-centred culture.
