About The Role
Role Location: Melbourne, VIC but is open to other regions in AU
Role Type: Permanent, Full time opportunity

Note: This role has multiple vacancies and job level dependent on the relevant experience and capabilities of the successful candidate.

Institutional is looking to simplify and integrate KYC activities globally. As such, a project is in train to consolidate out KYC solution under the global GoldTier platform. As the Senior Business Analyst, your role requires you to support the solution definition and delivery activities required to be performed by the Institutional Onboarding / KYC project.

 It is also expected that you’ll have the knowledge of the ANZ delivery framework (ADF) as well as an ability to help business to define detailed required that can be readily used by the technology team to develop and test proposed solutions. You will have to work with a wide range of stakeholders in the Division (business, operations, technology, projects) and Group (finance, risk, data governance, technology).

Knowledge of the KYC process and the GoldTier / CSS platform would be a definitive plus for the role, as would be a strong understanding of compliance requirements associated with the capture and management of KYC data.

About You
To be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:

• Extensive business analysis experience and strong direct experience with Data analysis, Business analysis and business data modelling. Experience on major projects is required.  Has a clear understanding of regulatory, operational and financial data analysis.
• In-depth knowledge of business analysis tasks, highly skilled in elicitation techniques and experienced in requirements gathering skills. Detailed understanding of project management lifecycles, disciplines and procedures. Some domain knowledge of impacted business units. Detailed knowledge and experience in working on mid to large sized projects or as part of large transformation activities
• Strong communication, problem solving and quantitative analysis skills. Ability to translate analysis outcomes into commercial solutions.
• Can appreciate difficult problems and is a self-starter to work autonomously on tasks with a medium complexity, works collaboratively as part of a team and clearly represent consolidated findings. Strong understanding of business process and banking systems. 
• Strong understanding and good working knowledge of: Database querying (e.g. SQL), Excel / Access, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft PowerPoint
• Strong understanding and demonstrated experience in ANZ internal systems (Group and Divisions) and related processes.
