About the Role

Role Location: Melbourne- 75 Dorcas Street, South Melbourne

Role Type: 3 (Three) Permanent, Full time vacancies

Shift Schedule: 11AM - 8PM AEST and 12:00PM - 9:00PM AEDST

 

This role will support the real time management of incoming and outgoing calls through Asia Vostro Service Desk and Cross Boarder / Domestic investigations.  The incumbent of this role is required to speak fluent Mandarin and Cantonese to support Asia Vostro Clients.

This role requires sound payment processing knowledge, sanctions / AML understanding and strong customer interaction skills.  Attention to detail and a desire for process improvement are also key attributes.  This role requires the incumbent to communicate with ANZ Customers by phone.

 

About You

To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:

  • Excellent communication skills in written and oral English
  • Fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese speaking
  • Strong knowledge of Banking operations, instruments and processes
  • Proven ability to work in a team and proactively contribute ideas to continuously improve team performance
  • Good knowledge of relevant computer systems and applications
  • Concern for Quality and Standards

  • Flexibility & Adaptability
