About the Opportunity

White Dove Early Learning - Condell Park supports families with education and childcare, including a preschool program. We are open long hours for children from birth to five years. 

Our service is located in Condell Park and we celebrate and welcome the wonderful diversity of our children, families and team. Within our warm and welcoming indoor learning spaces and stimulating outdoor environments, every child is valued as an individual with a unique personality, interests and needs, so we can best help them to unlock and achieve their potential while enjoying their time in our care.

An opportunity exists for a Cert lll Educator to join our team at White Dove Early Learning. This is a part-time contract until December 2021, with the possibility for extension.

 Your key duties will include:

• Being accountable for a room and supervision of children and ensuring their safety
• Supporting the ongoing development of the children
• Participating in all aspects of the day to day running of the centre
• Fostering relationships with families and children throughout the centre

What you need to succeed:

• Must hold a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care
• Be passionate about working with all age groups.
• Have a good knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and the National Quality Framework
• Have the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues, families and community members
• Believe in positive team spirit and embrace working in a diverse team
• Have a sunny personality with a positive attitude.
