About The Role

Role Location: 839 Collins Street, Docklands VIC 3008

Role Type: 12-month Fixed Term Contract, Full-time / Part-time depending on candidate’s availability

Work hours: flexible to offer between 24-40 hours per week (3-5 days)

As an Employee Share Plan Consultant, you will be part of the Reward and Pay Tribe (Remuneration Team) and will support the global operations of employee share plans. You will focus on the planning, implementation, governance and communication of key equity activities. You will support all equity processes including legal and tax due diligence, share and rights allocations, vesting processes, withholding tax and tax and regulatory reporting. You will liaise with internal and external stakeholders including PwC, Computershare, country administrators and local payrolls. In addition, the role will assist in the development of efficient and effective global processes.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have the following:

  • Proven experience in applying remuneration and employee share plan knowledge, including understanding of tax requirements
  • Experience in managing employee share plan processes responsibly
  • Experience in identifying and mitigating risks and improving process delivery and efficiency
  • Good relationship management skills
  • Advanced Excel skills
